If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt (within 7 calendar days for wedding dresses and special occasion dresses). Please keep the item you are returning or exchanging in new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.



Include the order number, the item you are returning and the reason. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges within 24(working days)/48(weekends) hours.

Fill out the return card



A return and exchange card will be found in your package. It will enable your request to be processed efficiently. So please fill it out in legible handwriting and return the card with the package.

Full and Partial Refunds



1. Full refund



We offer a full refund for any item that is found to be defective or damaged through our fault. Refunds cannot be claimed for damages due to the fault of third parties or the customer's own fault.



All returned items must be in new condition, unused, with original tags and packaging.



2. Partial Refund:



We also offer partial refunds for returns that are missing some original parts. In this case, the customer can only get a partial refund.



You can only get a partial refund if the item is deemed damaged, defaced, deformed, overflowing with fragrance after receipt, or if you return the item without notifying us.



3. Shipping fee:



For unwanted items, return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.

For US customers, we provide a new return address in Los Angeles, USA (only applicable to US orders), you can ask the customer service staff for the detailed address.



Friendly reminder: Wedding and special occasion dresses cannot be returned to the US warehouse.







Please do not return your package to the address on the package. This is not a valid return address and will result in your package being lost. You are solely responsible for any losses caused by incorrect addresses. So please contact customer service and they will go out of their way to help.
